ADT is working hard to continue providing the best customer support during this difficult time. We are following the CDC and State of Massachusetts guidelines to protect our employees, families and community in preventing the spread of COVID-19 virus. We do have a minimal staff in the laboratory to handle cases that do come in.

Changes in Operation and Hours
The Technical staff will be in the laboratory from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm from Monday through Thursday. Our front desk staff will be available from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm at 781-438-6110 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will be checking emails and voicemails periodically and we will respond as soon as we can.
We will resume normal operating hours starting May 18th.
We will continue to keep you informed and provide announcements and updates when available.
